How quickly will my product be delivered?
The products you have ordered will be shipped within 48 hours.
After that, it depends on the delivery service when your package will arrive.

We ship the package with the option to deliver to your home. Sometimes it can happen that Postnord brings the package to a pick-up point. We have no influence on that and we can't change anything. You will then have to pick up the package at the pick-up point.
I haven't received a confirmation email, what should I do?
It is possible that the mail is in your spam mail.

Can I pick up my order?
Yes. You can also pick up your order in Lansjärv.
After placing the order, your order will be ready in the self-service shop within 24 hours. There you can pay with Swish.
Can I always return all items?
If you are dissatisfied with an item, please contact us via the contact form.
We will try to help you find a solution as best we can.
If necessary, the item can be returned AFTERWARDS.

Are there any costs associated with returns?
The cost of returning an item will NOT be reimbursed by Jooskadooskraam.
